When we checked on 23 October 2026, Frugl's App Store and Google Play listings returned "not found" and frugl.com.au returned a server error. We found no announcement from Frugl about it.

What is the best Frugl alternative for comparing prices?

For live shelf prices at Coles, Woolworths and ALDI, WiseList is the closest. For scanning a barcode in the shop, Zyft. Alydo does not compare live prices: it tracks what you actually paid, from your receipts.

Is there an app that filters groceries by allergens like Frugl did?

Alydo does not, and we have not found one that does it the way Frugl did. Check each app’s store listing for allergen filters before relying on it.

Does Alydo cost anything or show ads?

No. Alydo is free, with no ads and no affiliate links. There is a daily fair-use limit of 20 AI requests per account, and a receipt scan uses one.
