Yes. Create a household from Settings and invite the people you shop with by email. Everyone in it sees every receipt, spending total, insight, shopping list and the monthly budget, and each receipt shows who scanned it. Alerts and preferences stay personal. If you only want to share one list, invite someone to that list instead: they see the list and nothing else.
